While our default carrier is UPS, we can ship FedEx if you have a valid Fedex account number. No 3rd party Fedex.

We offer international shipping on all of our products via UPS. Please e-mail us for a price quote.
Out of Stock Items
Even though we have a very large number of items ready to ship, occasionally certain items can be placed on back order. You will be notified by e-mail if this occurs. If we do not hear from you in regards to that item, it will be placed on back order and we will ship you a partial order. You may also choose to hold the entire order until all items are ready to ship.
Returns and Exchange
You can return any un-used item within 30 days of purchase, with a 10% re-stock fee. You can also exchange any un-used item for one of our other tools. You will be responsible for shipping charges on any returns or exchanges, except in the case of a damaged product or incorrect part shipped.
