Custom Holesaw Technologies primarily ships via UPS but, depending on rates and service options, we may ship via FedEx or USPS
International Shipping
We offer international shipping on all of our products via UPS.
Please note international buyers are responsible for all brokerage fees, duties and taxes.
Out of Stock Items
Even though we have a very large number of items ready to ship, occasionally certain items can be placed on back order. You will be notified by e-mail if this occurs. If we do not hear from you in regards to that item, it will be placed on back order and we will ship you a partial order. You may also choose to hold the entire order until all items are ready to ship.
Returns and Exchange
You can return any un-used stock item within 30 days of purchase, with a 10% re-stock fee. Please note, all custom build saws are non returnable. You will be responsible for shipping charges on any returns or exchanges, except in the case of a damaged product or incorrect part shipped.
